Description
We're going to need to sort this one out fairly soon. Kristen is a student
that's working with us mostly remotely this year. When she tries to access
the Tracking Tool from her remote desktop, she gets this message. The
desktop she is remoting into is on site, so she shouldn't need a VPN, and
can access other files in our share drive, so I don't THINK that's it. I
don't see a folder with her name on it in the TT folder. I've asked her if
she ever had the two buttons on screen or if she's only ever gotten the
error, but haven't heard back yet. Any ideas? [image: TT Issue.png]
