Can bus decode help for our Giulia

First of all congratulations for this piece of code.
Can you share source of information about the can bus protocol?
I developed a small component for our Giulia (2018 base model) interfacing with can bus. You can find it in my repositories (led controller). I will soon publish a video about it to explain how it works. Now I would like to add some functionalities but in order to do it I need to decode some more messages.
Can you help me?
I would like to:
1)Identify messages related to steering wheel buttons
2) identify messages to switch on and off the car
3) identify messages to select race mode (In my car have only options all weather, natural and dynamic)
4) identify messages to disable esc (this should be included in your code)
