Version-1.4.3

This release is the "second final" 1.x.y release; based on IrpMaster as rendering engine
and DecodeIR as decoding engine. Further releases will be based on IrpTransmogrifier
instead, and will be numbered 2.x.y. (see #212).

In comparision with 1.4.2 there are some rather important bugfixes. Also,
the HTTP-functions can now optionally use a proxy.
