bootcss 加载过慢 #133

中国浙江省温州市联通，加载过慢还会挂掉。
尝试自己更换，结果发现 CDN 是硬编码的，改起来比较麻烦。
希望能够提供类似自选是否使用 CDN 的功能，毕竟网站上不去或者加载慢的问题会很烦人。

Not only in China, I'm in Vietnam too.
I have replaced all from bootcss to cloudflare. It worked !

Find all cdn.bootcss.com
Replace By cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/
