Gitlab synchronization issue

I connected Gitlab repository to Stackedit. For some time everything worked fine. But then some files and folders started disappearing on Stackedit while remaining on Gitlab. I have tried multiple things to fix this, unfortunately unsuccessfully.
What I've tried:

• Remove and then add again Gitlab workspace.
• Reset application (right side menu button).
• Remove and then add again account.
• Change branch on Gitlab the synchronization refers to.
• Clear Site data from Chrome Devtools.
• Remove Stackedit data on the bottom of the .md files and then reconnecting.

Also, I tried various configurations of these. Nothing helps.

Could you please help with resolving the issue or at least suggest what can be wrong?

Me too! It's 2 days I'm getting crazy...
I tried everything @kennyx46 tried as well, and I even created a brand new repository but it's the same.

We need help please, thank you.
