Small bugs in TreeViews #28

Some things I'd like to do for the treeview:

have a folder that is selected become the destination when adding sequences, alignments, etc
fix quirks in the icon changes (when deleting all, it should close the folder, sequences and alignments need an icon, maybe adjust the spacing)
