on top there is checkbox "autoswitch". If it checked then all buttons switching user configs disabled.
user choose any of available configuration group (if available)

questions

each tab shall be separate view-command. That's right(?)
how user will see transition to autoconvert strategy?
may be disable algos shall be configurable from here instead of settings (?)
