Adding GTK4 platform support

Hi!

I love your project, and thanks for creating it. I'm actively using it.

I'm currently trying to integrate the SkiaSharp.Views.GirCore package into SkiaSharp. It's currently available here: SkiaSharp.Views.GirCore. You can follow the discussion in the SkiaSharp community here: mono/SkiaSharp#3321, after everyone returned from holidays, and they're showing interest. I already got one like :-)

Once this is done, I'd like to submit to you the modern GTK4-based super-fast LiveChartsCore.SkiaSharpView.GirCore

Of course I'll maintain it if you allow the integration. In the meantime, I'd like to discuss what namespace you suggest. The suffix could remain GirCore, or it could be GTK4, it's a matter of discussion.

I saw your project when merging #1890, it looks amazing! you have now another like in that SkiaSharp thread, and thanks for using LiveCharts as a show case 😄.

Sure, I'm open to include a package when the SkiaSharp view is available, I'm not sure if you noticed what I made in the dev branch, but now there is practically no code for each UI framework, everything is auto-generated by the library source generator and abstractions in the shared projects, I'm pretty sure that adding this new view will take practically no time with the new architecture.

I followed the improve-rendering all the way to its merge into dev, watched the changes. It won't require major modifications to fit the new architecture.

I'd be open to a namespace name if you have any ideas.

GirCore generated libraries is a multiplatform environment. GTK4/Adwaita and many others. macOS/Windows/Linux. I still need to test it in macOS and Windows environments, currently it's compiled in Linux only mode.

Therefore I'd suggest the name LiveChartsCore.SkiaSharpView.GirCore.
