cp template_config.js config.js
vi config.js
  change postgresstring, port, databasename, pass, email and spe

sudo apt-get install nodejs-legacy
sudo apt-get install postgresql
 
sudo -u postgres /usr/lib/postgresql/9.5/bin/createuser phyloviz

sudo -u postgres psql postgres
  \password newpass
  ALTER USER phyloviz CREATEDB;
  CREATE DATABASE phyloviz OWNER phyloviz;
  \q

psql -U phyloviz phyloviz
  \password newpass 

locate pg_hba.conf
cd /etc/postgresql/9.X/main/
vi pg_hba.conf 
  change all METHOD to md5

sudo service postgresql restart
psql -U phyloviz phyloviz
  CREATE SCHEMA datasets;
  \q


cd Online-PhyloViZ/
node app
