HTseq-count does not work in the workbench docker #110

The RNA workbench docker runs version 0.6.1galaxy3 and fails because it claims that PySam is missing. This became slightly more annoying than necessary because my local tools claimed that I was running the latest HTseq-count version. Installing an older version did not work but updating the older tool to the latest version (0.9.1.) solved the issue.
