The Language Used in the "Unsigned Consent," "Signed Consent," and "Revocation Consent" PDFs Depends on the Language they were Created

This issue is more of a business question than a translation issue. At present, the PDFs are generated based on the language selected by the user when creating/signing or revoking a consent.

Therefore, it is possible that a single consent can have an "Unsigned Consent" in English, a "Signed Consent" in Spanish, and a "Revocation Consent" in English. When these PDFs are downloaded, they appear in the language that they were created.
