Audio Burrito - which version of the alignment spec is supported

Should the audio burrito itself list the version of USFM and the alignment spec and possibly u23003 that are being supported? Is this part of the documentation and linked to a version of the overall audio burrito standard? Does there need to be a page that shows what versions of each of these other standards are implied by the version of the audio burrito standard?

I don't know that the burrito metadata.json needs to give versions, but I do think the guidelines for scripture burrito audio should dictate the alignment spec version and also the reference schemes (it already does for timecodes but we never pinned down whether u23003 was required, for example).
