Upload button does not work with new Arduino 2.0 IDE

Generates a A programmer is required to upload error.

The solution to getting the upload button to work in the old IDE was a hack. It appears we are now going to have to muck around again to find a way to make things work with this new IDE.

In the meantime, easy workaround is to pick Sketch->Upload Using Programmer from the menu.

Workaround I used: fixed the zip file by hand (unzip, fix perms, rezip) edited the package json to match new filesize/checksum, http serve locally, install.
