SKR2 with TFT43v3 - blank screen in TFT mode after some time

Hi,
I have a SKR-2 and a TFT43 version 3 with Marlin.

After some time during a print the screen will jump to complete white and the screen will not respond to anything except the reset button, which will also kill the print.
The printer does continue to print without any problem.
I print from the SDcard in the TFT43.

I only notice this if I have connected the TFT and EXP1/2 cables. If I only use the EXP1/2 I haven't noticed this error.
If I keep all 3 cables connected but print in marlin mode I have the same blank screen.

I have connected a separate 5v power to the display but this didn't help.
I have swapped the TFT43 for another TFT43 with the same problem, so it can't be hardware.

Does somebody has any clue?
