RGB pin PE9

So i have hooked up two different rgb lights to pin PE9 and tested the pins as well. There is no power going to this header and had to make a custom cable to run both lights on PE10.

Has anyone else had this problem? This board has been the biggest headache so far.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
