The Depart/Arrive time dropdown can't be activated with the keyboard

It's an upstream issue with the component library we're using: fraserxu/react-dropdown#215

Either stop using that library or... fork/submit patches upstream?

Mooted by #275, which switches to Radix, which has better a11y support.
