bulk install stuck without feedback

After the finishing a file the bulk install is stuck at "100% / Completed" without jumping to the next file or indicating the status.

I was unable to cancle the bulk install. It is a short list of different type of mods. I'm updating this issue once I found what mod causes this.

According to the logfile this can happen when a FOMOD folder structure is found but no instructions are provided in "00"

On a side note; it would be nice to either run/allow the FOMOD wizard during the bulk install or output a list of skipped mods with a short reason as to why, so the user can install them manually

I had intentionally had the bulik installer skip FOMOD installers, as most modlists (many that I use) contain thousands of mods. but having a manual list for FOMOD running after bulk install, is a good idea. Ill take a look at getting this implemented

Well given that the program can install mods via CLI, this opens the possibility to install via bash instead of the usual modlists (MO2/Vortex/Wabbajack). Such a feature would be handy to allow installing modlists without having to download them again and/or without premium. That would also be useful to install mods that are not available on nexus (such as patreon or moddb).
