This looks exactly like what we need. Header-only, MIT-licensed and with support for ZSTD and XZ! We could get rid of our custom stream implementations.

Things that would need to happen:

• find out if they have a parallel de(compressor), if not discuss with them whether to add something there
• make a small benchmark with SeqAn2, current BIO implementation and Shrinkwrap
