Remove extra root node #21
Description
A node simply named "root node" is visible on BioPortal: https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/BERVO?p=classes
The root node for all classes should be "variable", https://bioportal.bioontology.org/ontologies/BERVO?p=classes&conceptid=https%3A%2F%2Fw3id.org%2Fbervo%2FBERVO_0000000
I think there may be something strange going on with the prefix assignment.
"root node" has the IRI http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/BERVO_0000000 and the CURIE BERVO:0000000
while
"variable" has the IRI https://w3id.org/bervo/BERVO_0000000 and the CURIE bervo:BERVO_0000000 (worrisome)
