Define wallet deletion cloud sync behavior #581
Description
Design decision needed: what happens to cloud backups when a wallet is deleted locally?
Questions to answer:
- Should the encrypted backup be removed from cloud storage on deletion?
- If not removed, should deleted wallets appear during restore?
- Consider: user deletes wallet on device A, device B still has it — what's the expected behavior?
- Should we track deletion state in backup metadata or use a separate tombstone record?
- What about accidental deletion — should there be a grace period before cloud removal?
