Wallet deduplication during restore

Prevent duplicate wallets when restoring on a device that already has some wallets.

• Use master fingerprint to detect wallets that already exist locally
• During restore selection UI, indicate which wallets already exist on device
• Define behavior: skip duplicates, offer to overwrite, or import as separate wallet?
