[Feature Request] Make it easier for students to contribute

Is your proposal related to a problem?

There is currently no immediate way for people to let us know if there are problems or mistakes with/in our curriculum.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need to include a link to the Bit Camp repo to encourage people to make suggestions for improvement (open issues). Especially if they are struggling and are able to find answers, this can help them improve the content for future learners.

I think there should be a link at the end of every issue (or something like that) that just takes them to the https://github.com/bitprj/BitCamp/issues page (or a readme that describes how to easily make issues/prs).
