Browser Extension in Brave not loading

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open Bitwarden extension from extension list
2. Loads indefinitely / Stops trying to load

Expected Result

1. Bitwarden extension presents login view or list of passwords

Actual Result

No view pops up to either enter login information or a list of passwords.
It tries to load something indicated by the loading indicator but stops after ~16s.
