Steps To Reproduce

When browser extension is locked and you click on the Bitwarden logo a login field to open the login page, the window that opens is cropped. This only happens when you select "wide" or "extra wide" in the "Extension width" setting.

Expected Result

The windows should not be cropped.

Actual Result

The window is cropped.

Hi there,

I attempted to reproduce your issue and was unable to do so. Can you try reinstalling the extension while also removing all leftover files? To do this, you can follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the Bitwarden extension
  2. Remove all files from the location mentioned here: https://bitwarden.com/help/data-storage/#on-your-local-machine
  3. Restart your device
  4. Reinstall the Bitwarden extension

We use GitHub issues as a place to track bugs and other development related issues. If your issue persists, please write us back using our “Contact support” form located on our Help Center (https://bitwarden.com/help/).

You can include a link to this issue in the message content.

Alternatively, you can also search for an answer in our help documentation or get help from other Bitwarden users on our community forums (https://community.bitwarden.com/c/support/).

The issue here will be closed.

Thanks!

I tried a freshly installed browser instance with a new extension. The issue persists over there as well.

This (to me) is clearly a bug, thus I believe this forum is adequate. I won't be contacting support over this.

Bump?

I was now able to reproduce this bug on another computer running Zen (Firefox fork that I am running on this PC too) and default Firefox. You missed something when trying to reproduce the issue and I think you closed this issue prematurely.
