Browser loses focus (using NextCloud Deck app) on autosave of typed text when extension is active

Steps To Reproduce

1. Set up NextCloud with Deck app
2. Install, configure and enable Bitwarden extension (Brave, FireFox both tested)
3. Create/edit a card in NextCloud Deck app
4. Click on comments field
5. Type something, and then pause
6. Wait for autosave to occur

Expected Result

I expect the auto save to work, and then I can continue type in the comments field when I'm ready.

Actual Result

Focus is lost in the comments field, and I need to click again on the comments field before I can continue typing the comment.

Additional Context

When I disable the Bitwarden extension, focus on the comments field is not lost on autosave.

I've tested with both Brave and Firefox. Another user on help.nextcloud.com has also reported the issue using Windows and FireFox.
