Since updating Bitwarden for Windows to version 2025.1.4, we (two users, each with an individual Premium subscription) have encountered an issue with Organization-TOTPCodes stored in a shared vault.
The problem:
TOTP codes are no longer displayed in the Bitwarden desktop app (Windows).
Instead, we receive the error message: "Organization upgrade required" (see attached screenshot).
However, TOTP codes still work perfectly in: Bitwarden Chrome extension (version 2025.1.3) and Bitwarden for Android (version 2025.1.2)
It seems like a bug introduced in the latest desktop update.
Steps to Reproduce:
Store TOTP credentials in a shared vault (both users have Premium subscriptions).
Open Bitwarden Windows desktop app (version 2025.1.4).
Attempt to view or copy a TOTP code from the shared vault.
Receive the error: "Organization upgrade required" instead of the TOTP code.
Open Bitwarden Chrome extension (2025.1.3) or Bitwarden for Android (2025.1.2) – the TOTP codes work as expected.
Environment:
Bitwarden for Windows: 2025.1.4
Bitwarden Chrome Extension: 2025.1.3 (working fine)
Bitwarden for Android: 2025.1.2 (working fine)
Operating System: Windows
Could you please investigate and confirm if this is a bug?
Thanks!
Expected Result
TOTP codes from the shared vault should be accessible in all Bitwarden apps, including the latest Windows desktop version (2025.1.4), just like they are in the Chrome extension and Android app.
Actual Result
The Windows desktop app incorrectly requires an organization upgrade, despite both users having individual premium accounts.

Issue Tracking Info
I understand that work is tracked outside of GitHub. A PR will be linked to this issue should one be opened to address it, but Bitwarden doesn't use fields like "assigned", "milestone", or "project" to track progress.
