Hey Ben!
I just read your reflection on the style of thinking you have.
Unlike me (a 'concrete random' thinker), you are an abstract sequential thinker.
We are total opposites! It was interesting to see some of the differences and similarities in the way we think through your blog entry. It seems that you have a good understanding of your inner self -- of what you feel comfortable with and what makes you feel uneasy. It was very nice to see you admit the fact that you struggle with peer pairing because you are giving up certain 'luxury' of doing things your way. I too feel the same way about peer pairing as well. Although we are the opposite type of thinkers, surprisingly I could relate a lot to your writing. I do hope that you become more comfortable sharing the process of doing things with others, since interactive collaboration is a must for a world-class developer like your future self! :) Good luck Ben!
