Webworks: Accent letter are not supported in the application name #68

Steps to reproduce:
- In the config. xml file, put (for exemple) the line: Lè dés
- Then package to .bar
Expected Results:
- Should compile and create a .bar
Actual Results:
- Fail to create the .bar
Log of the error generated by bbwp:
[exec] [INFO] Packaging the bar file
[exec] Error: Invalid byte 2 of 3-byte UTF-8 sequence.
Additional information:
- BlackBerry WebWorks SDK for TabletOS 2.2.0.5
- Ripple 0.9.7
As the encoding for config.xml is UTF-8, é should be a valid character. Escalating to dev. teams.
Issue does not occur with:
- BlackBerry WebWorks SDK 2.3.1.5
- BlackBerry 10 WebWorks SDK 1.0.1.6
