Dataview ignores the heading for outgoing links

What happened?

I have a note entitled "CS 101" with the contents:

# Lecture 1
Discussed programming

LIST FROM [[CS 101#Lecture 1]]
```

# Lecture 2
Variables and Data types

```dataview
LIST FROM [[CS 101#Lecture 2]]
```

However, the result does not account for the Lecture 1/Lecture 2 distinction. It outputs all notes that link to [[CS 101]].
