Page with different captcha options get only the last option set #24

Hi Blake!
Single page with 3 forms

form1 captcha enabled
form2 captcha enabled
form3 captcha disabled

Since we are setting and checking a single page variable, all forms will have captcha disabled.

$this->page['recaptcha_enabled']       = $this->isReCaptchaEnabled();
