[bug] BbDataGrid does not respect initialized Visible options for columns

I can’t seem to get BbDataGrid to respect the Visible property set on columns. It defaults to everything being visible even when initialized as false. Is this something that needs to get set at the data grid level?

Hi @DCarlson12, can you take a look at the fix in #205 and see if this resolves the issue.

This branch cannot be compiled with the DataGridPrimitiveDemo errors. The public void Initialize(IEnumerable<(string ColumnId, bool Visible)> columns) method cannot accept a string[] as is being passed in the demo.

The demo contains proliferous use of the string[] columns for demonstration purposes. These arrays and their usage must be changed to the proper tuples containing the appropriate bool argument for each column, and access the proper tuple item wherever they are used or use the tuple deconstructor when iterating over the demo columns.
