Having issues with the build.

I was following the build guide and I'm stuck on running ./get_frameworks.sh, it throws this error

error: 'xcfs': Invalid manifest
/Users/.../Projects/blink/xcfs/Package.swift:2:8: error: no such module 'PackageDescription'

Just tried - everything is ok.

May be you forget

git submodule init
git submodule update

before running ./get_frameworks.sh

I got the submodules before running the script. I still have the same issue.

What Xcode and swift you have installed?

swift --version

mine:

swift-driver version: 1.62.15 Apple Swift version 5.7.1 (swiftlang-5.7.1.135.3 clang-1400.0.29.51)
Target: arm64-apple-macosx13.0

Also you can take a look at our CI
