mumblelink mocking tool for module developers

• a tool to mock mumblelink while guild wars 2 is not running. Probably does not work while gw2 is running because then gw2 will try to create the mumblelink memory mapped file instead? No idea if that causes conflicts.
• This would enable simulating character position etc. without running guild wars 2. It would enable debugging in powershell of mumblelink and gw2 api using modules which is currently only possible when you use workarounds like soeed's mumblemock python script (has no gui, pretty static).

requirements:

• should be a standalone tool with a gui. Should rather not be a blish module itself, because that would limit how it can be used for testing/mocking. e.g. you can not simulate that mumblelink is running when the module you want to debug starts. because you cannot ensure that the mock-mumblelink-module started before the module you want to debug. And probably some more issues like simulating unloading of a module with mumblelink on/off etc.
• ability to turn mumblelink on/off without having to close the tool
• ability to edit all mumblelink information. especially character name is important because blish uses that to decide which api key to asign to the modules
• may require ability to run its gui on top of everything else, e.g. the powershell window or maybe even gw2 for people who dont have 2 monitors
• A bit off topic: could be implemented as a big resizable empty window (fullscreen possible) which can be overlayed instead of a powershell window. In that case it would be nice if you can change the background color and maybe use certain gw2 ingame backgrounds with different color to simulate how good a module UI is visible on different gw2 ingame scences.
