Preparing the proxy for operation #44
Description
This is just a placeholder for problems that need to be solved for running it in production:
- Implement observability in the form of tracing and key metrics for cache operation
- Implement health and readiness check endpoints
- Prepare a docker release
- Determine and emit metrics that can be used for horizontal scaling
