Chad mentioned that he'd like to have this bash script incorporated into the bot: https://gist.github.com/cbarraford/e1f3606496f7ae7a46ae53721b0ae15f

Basically its getting the last 50 txs the network has gotten, and sees which nodes detected each of them. Then any node that hasn't detected any of those last 50 gets marked as "missing". Those are the ones that would get a notification alerting them that their node is not observing anymore. Make sense?
