Expand node validation

There is a node which block height is stuck, but it is active and has catching_up false.
Therefore the bot sees information of this node as valid.
This is of course not the case.
The result is that the bot sends many messages with wrong information.

The bot also has to compare the blockheight with other nodes to verify the status of the node.
