Show restart of K8s Pods

@sickmullahh on telegram gave us this idea:
"i think running it so far, it would be good to see bond rewards accrued as well as no.1 of restarts on the pods if they go down"

We could send a notification once a pod restarts, and keep track of the number of restarts.

For this we have to figure out the interaction with K8s, or if we can keep relying on the docker socket.
