Comix history

Hi,

When you imported Comix, you didn't kept all the history. I made a proper import if you want to replace yours: http://github.com/ubitux/Comix. I dropped the meta-tag SVN information to keep history clean and add author information.

As I reviewed Joacchim's patch weeks ago, I applied it (and add a trivial cosmetic patch) if you want to take it too. I didn't took the time to apply the ones in your tree, but I think you'll be able to do it :)

So if you plan to replace you current repository with this clean startup one, I'll drop mine (there is no need for n forks)

Hmm I think the only way to do it would be for me to delete my fork then fork your repo then manually apply my patches. I'm happy to do that but I think I'll do it this weekend.

I don't mind how many forks there are, I'm only forking to apply the patches I want to make ;), you can remove yours after I fork it if you like.
