Acceptance Criteria

• Identify 10-20 teams running LangChain/LangGraph agents in production
  • Sources: HN, Discord (LangChain, AI agents), Twitter/X, r/LocalLLaMA, GitHub (LangChain repos)
• Draft outreach message: "Cost guardrail for AI agents — set budget, get alert before your agent burns money. Free for 10K events."
• Offer: 3-month free Pro tier for early adopters who give feedback
• Pre-flight: repo public, package installable, onboarding works, docs complete
• Track responses and conversion
