Enhancement: Skip steps which do not require user interaction

first of all: Thank you for this awesome little app. It works great with the bank me and my fiancée are using! Much love ❤️

As to my request: I'd like to see that steps, which do not require any user interaction besides clicking the "proceed" button, are skipped automatically by the app. This will speed up the import process in general for many users. For example:

If a bank customer uses photoTAN as their preferred 2FA method, the device selection step could be skipped. Instead the step is shown and the user is informed that "no selection is required", which gains no value to the user besides having to click another button. Which is perceived badly most of the times.
