Don't put up "Close window?" confirmation message box

Tkcon 2.8 asks the user to confirm they wish to exit on control-w. I can't recall ever hitting control-W by mistake, and found this a little annoying, so I added an entry to the Prefs menu to allow the user to disable it. (The confirmation remains on by default, but people like me can change it in .tkconrc)
