Dual IR camera support for facial centering

I have a laptop with 2 IR cameras, the cameras are off center and on the edges of the screen for "binocular" vision
Gnome camera merges the two outputs, meaning its likely they report as the same device, the laptop reports 4 video outputs even though there are 3 cameras total, meaning one is likely to be a dummy output or something of the like.
