Create search results page (student view)

Requirement:
Search result page, rendering results from search in #26

Component:
New page in src/pages/searchResult

Requirements:

• Assuming successful search, renders each user returned by the search on page.
• Each user section should include a button to navigate to that user's profile page
• User should be able to navigate back to dashboard (navbar on left of page already exists that can account for this)

Error handling:

• If no results were returned (404 response) , page should display message 'No results found' etc
• If error encountered by search (400 response) , page should display message informing of this i.e. 'An error occurred, no results found' etc

1. OK - I see this is linked with the search text bar issue -> please add a link to that issue and say that this issue should be developed as a result of hte other issue being completed; then add in the other issue details that when a result comes back, the details of what happens with the result are covered by this issue here

2. where is the state going to be stored: in which component? is that state then passed down to the results state?

3. what if the search comes back with a network error or a server error, what are you going to do

4. are you going to design the result as part of this issue? how will the result look like? do we have a figma design for it?

5. where is the button going to be to go back to dashboard? don't we already have some navigation in the navbar or elsewhere to quickly go to dashboard

6. which part of the rendered user result is going to be clickable to go and see the profile? is it going to be the whole item? or a button "view profile"?
