fluidcontent_content columns container referencing itself

Hi I have the problem that fluidcontent_content(columns container) is referencing itself if I add a translation (rare case) and this is resulting in extreme memory usage in the backend "Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted "

The only workaround I have found is marking the element as deleted in the database phpmyadmin and creating a new element.
