Inherit configuration

I have defined configuration for each of my projects, and every file include the same repostiory configuration every time.
It would be nice if "user" configuration is loaded first, and then overriden by folder configuration (if no file specified).

Can you share an example with sensitive data removed? You can already combine multiple repos and sources. So only config is needed for even more complex uses.
