Q1, participants never had sex in their lifetime, the subsequent questions should be answered Not Applicable, however if one answers not applicable to question 9 it says " This field is not required" but the question is bolded.
HIV Test Review: Form required for a participant who reports to having not been tested since last seen by the study.
Enrollment Checklist: A subject enrolled at age 64 and are now 65 and above are not eligible when they are supposed to be eligible.
