[Bug]: Bottles crash report

Describe the bug

I expected Bottles to simply create a snapshot of Ghost recon Wildlands

To Reproduce

1. Open Bottles
2. Click on installed game "Ghost Recon Wildlands" (This also happened on "Powerwash Simulator") I had no errors doing a snapshot of "Rise of Nations"
3. After clicking on "Ghost Recon Wildlands" I clicked on "Main" and clicked the + sign on top right and named the Bottles Snapshot and clicked the check mark
4. After about 2 1/2 hours later I just closed Bottles because the rotating circle was still spinning (as if it was still trying to create the snapshot
5. When I opened Bottles later, it said to send this report
