Inconsistencies BTW Design Artefacts

Since we are improving our project and work in small groups some inconsistencies between groups and requirements arising.
But this problem seems crucial to solve to me.

I have a few ideas, your thoughts are important.
And it will be excellent if you have further ideas.

Mines:

1. Discussing every user role, use case, class diagram one by one according to the requirements in group meeting. * A long meeting will be needed. Because we are in short schedule, taking quick decision is necessary.
2. Using tools like requirement management tool or traceability matrix. * Seems a bit like extra job, but maybe a shortcut.

This problem should be handled in 2 days. If the problem will not be solved in this period, later milestones seems chaotic!!
