based on my research, we can split non-functional requirements to main topics of

  • Performance
  • Reliability
  • Compatibility
  • User Friendliness or Usability
  • Data Related
  • Debugging (things mostly beneficial for maintainers of the code)
    we can split the workload in any way, also can change those topics if needed

Maybe we can expand Data Related with Privacy too. After that, how about you take the upper three and I'll take the bottom ones or vice versa.
