Support Shimadzu LCD format #33

This is an LC-MS binary format generated by LabSolutions. There's also a Shimadzu QGD format for GC-MS data; I'm not sure how much crossover there is between these. There don't appear to be any other open-source parsers for either.

I managed to figure out the encoding for the DAD stream in these LCD files. Haven't looked too closely at the MS data yet but I'd imagine the encoding is similar: https://github.com/ethanbass/chromConverter/blob/shimadzu_lcd/R/read_shimadzu_lcd.R . I haven't been able to figure out where the retention times are stored yet so if you (or anyone else reading this) have any thoughts on this it would be very helpful! I am working with the files provided by silasmellor (ethanbass/chromConverter#11).
